A special gathering for girls aged 9-10 years and their mothers.
Our unique programme builds community and connection and provides a strong circle of support for the girls as they grow up, all in a safe, fun and supportive environment.
Topics explored at our gatherings include:
- body wisdom and listening within
- self esteem and self trust
- mother-daughter bonding
- craft, creativity and nature connection
- honouring ceremony, music & fun!
Cost: $140 per mother and daughter couple

This gathering is a combination of girls only time for most of the day followed by a special afternoon tea of mothers and daughters coming together.
This format aims to give space for the girls to explore their unique qualities, increase their self esteem and respect and troubleshoot the challenges that this stage of the journey can bring as well as give some space and time to deepen the connection between mothers and daughters.
This workshop will cover important topics using a range of mediums from media and video clips to art/craft and creative activities to help girls explore their feelings, beliefs and ideas on key areas of concern to the growing adolescent. Older girls will help facilitate and co-create this workshop.
This fun and interactive gathering will explore the following topics:
- Self esteem and respect
- Strengthening their connection to women & sisterhood
- Celebrating the sacred self within
- Body wisdom, cultural pressure and empowerment
- Empowered fashion and finding your own unique style
- Exploring feminine and masculine roles
- Honouring sacred sexuality & relationships
- Responsibility, role models, leadership and community
- Creative activities, music and fun!
This workshop is aimed at teenage girls aged from around 14-17 years.
Cost includes a delicious shared afternoon tea and all art/craft supplies.
