Spirit Sisters celebrates our growing teens aged 13-15 years, by encouraging ways of taking care of their emotional, physical, social and spiritual selves.

This gathering is a combination of girls only time for half the day and the other half day with mothers and daughters together.

This format aims to give space for the girls to explore their unique qualities, increase their self esteem and respect and troubleshoot the challenges that this stage of the journey can bring as well as give space and time to deepen the connection between mothers and daughters.

This workshop will cover important topics using a range of mediums from media and video clips to creative activities to help girls explore their feelings, beliefs and ideas on key areas of concern to the growing adolescent.

This fun and interactive gathering will explore the following topics:

• Self esteem and empowerment
  
• Body wisdom and natural health
• Exploring fashion and finding your personal style
• Exploring feminine/masculine roles
• Art/Craft/Music
• Strengthening the mother-daughter bond

Cost includes delicious organic lunch, all art/craft supplies, a keepsake and Gaia Girl’s membership.
