A space to explore and express your unique feminine soul amongst other women.
These unique evenings follow a two-part format, an interactive facilitated circle followed by a space to journey and express yourself through dance and movement. Come together in an intimate temple space to share and explore the feminine through words, creativity, dance, music and stillness and deepen your connection to your sacred self and your body’s wisdom.
Also includes a simple supper of some healthy snacks and drinks.
Hosted and facilitated by Karen McElroy (with occasional guest facilitators).
This small intimate gathering will be held in a beautiful temple space in the Noosa hinterland.
